Under the dynamic and adventurous leadership of our founder brothers, Arun Kelkar and Subhash Kelkar, the company embarked on its journey with only 4 employees in 1991. Today, as we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we take a moment to pause and reflect on multifold growth in our nutrition focused business over this period.

The main thrust of the Human Resources function is to foster individual development, career development and thereby organizational development. We believe measuring performance is the key to success. A 3600 approach of a Performance Management System driven by the company helps us focus on the important task and hit our targets.

We interview experienced professionals and also freshers continuously across locations in order to seek top talent – to drive growth of our organization.
