Role Overview

Hexagon Nutrition Limited is seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented International Product Manager (IPM) to drive global marketing initiatives across emerging and established international markets. This role is ideal for domestic product managers who have demonstrated strong execution in hospital marketing and are ready to expand into international markets, working closely with distributors, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and internal cross-functional teams.

The IPM will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring international marketing programs focused on hospital activation, scientific engagement, distributor capability building, and therapy portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Hospital Activation Programs (Monthly)
  • Design and implement OPD activation campaigns across international partner hospitals.
  • Coordinate with international distributors to execute patient sampling programs (targeting minimum 10 patients per campaign).
  • Develop and deploy in-clinic branding materials including standees, posters, and educational aids.
  • Drive therapy pack adoption through patient experience programs.
  • Monitor distributor execution and campaign effectiveness.
  1. Print and Promotional Inputs Management (Annual Planning)
  • Develop and localize promotional materials including:
    • Visual aids, leave-behind literature (LBLs), ready reckoners
    • Nutrition charts, BMI/SGA tools, assessment pads
    • Pharmacy branding materials and patient education tools
  • Ensure alignment with international regulatory and branding guidelines.
  • Support distributors with appropriate promotional tools for market penetration.
  1. Nurses & Dietitian Engagement Programs (Bi-annual)
  • Plan and execute training programs for nurses and dietitians in target hospitals.
  • Organize roundtable discussions (RTDs) to enhance therapy awareness and product advocacy.
  • Strengthen relationships with hospital nutrition teams to improve therapy adoption.
  1. Scientific Conference & Continuing Nutrition Education (CNE) Programs (Annual)
  • Plan and execute scientific conferences involving 50+ healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and distributors.
  • Develop scientific content aligned with therapy positioning.
  • Enhance brand credibility through academic engagement.
  1. Observational Studies & Clinical Marketing (Ongoing)
  • Initiate and manage hospital-based observational outcome studies.
  • Work with clinical partners and distributors to generate real-world evidence.
  • Leverage study results to strengthen product positioning and scientific credibility.
  1. Distributor Capability Development & Product Training (Annual)
  • Conduct structured training programs (online and in-person) for distributor sales teams.
  • Ensure strong product knowledge, therapy understanding, and positioning clarity.
  • Develop training modules, certification tools, and evaluation frameworks.

International Marketing & Business Responsibilities

  • Support international business expansion in Asia, Africa, Middle East, and other global markets.
  • Develop country-specific marketing plans in coordination with regional business teams.
  • Manage product lifecycle, positioning, and launch readiness for international markets.
  • Track key marketing KPIs including:
    • Therapy adoption
    • Hospital activation effectiveness
    • Distributor engagement levels
    • ROI on marketing initiatives

Candidate Profile

Required Experience

  • 4–5 years in Product Management / Marketing in:
    • Pharma, Critical Care Preferred – Not Necessary.
  • Strong domestic hospital marketing experience
  • Experience working with sales teams and healthcare professionals

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing
  • Experience managing hospital-based marketing programs preferred
  • Exposure to clinical marketing or scientific engagement is an advantage
  • Aspiration and readiness to transition into international business
