The Research and Development department mainly focuses on premix and product development based on the clients requirements. We engage in developing customized premixes and products. Apart from formulating premix we address the queries and other issues raised by the client. Sometimes trial work plays a crucial role in addressing the queries and understanding the issues in depth.

ENZYME R&D

Enzyme – Baking Lab:
Enzyme Blends are being formulated based on the application in baking. Each enzyme provides a solution to satisfy the needs and wants of the final product. Based on the requirement of the client, blends can be formulated. (Low Quality Characteristics – Less volume, pale colour, chewy, hardness, etc. All these can be addressed with enzyme blends with different concentrations.)
