Mr. Arun Purushottam Kelkar is Chairman and Executive Director of our company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Nagpur University. He has also completed Diploma in Operations Management from University of Mumbai. He has been associated with our Company since its incorporation. He worked with Siemens India Limited and Castrol India Limited and is a professional turned entrepreneur. He has over 4 decades of work experience in various industries including food and nutrition industry. He is a visionary who as the Chairman and Executive Director of the Company, has been instrumental in formulating and implementing strategies and policies of our Company.
Executive Director
Mr. Subhash Purushottam Kelkar is an Executive Director on the Board of our company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Mumbai. He has completed diploma in Industrial Engineering from Bombay Productivity Council. He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation. He was associated with Glaxo Laboratories (India) Limited, Ethnor Limited and Super Pharma Private Limited prior to incorporation of the Company. He has over 3 decades of experience in various industries including food and nutrition business.
Executive Director
Mr. Aditya Subhash Kelkar is the Executive Director of our company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Chemical and Bioprocess from the Swansea University. He has over 9 years of experience in various aspects of food and nutrition business.
Managing Director
Mr. Vikram Arun Kelkar is the Managing Director of our company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai and master’s degree in International Business from the University of Auckland. He was awarded outstanding Innovation in eradication of Micronutrient Deficiencies at the Young Visionary-2011, PRCI Chanakya Awards 2011. He has also co-authored a research paper titled “Asian Wheat Flour Products: Impact of flour fortification on organoleptic properties” in March 2011. He has over 17 years of experience in various aspects of food and nutrition business. He heads the premix formulation and RUF/MNP business segments at domestic and international level.
Joint Managing Director
Dr. Nikhil Arun Kelkar is the Joint Managing Director of our company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery from the Nair Hospital Dental College, University of Mumbai and Diploma in Marketing Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. He was a practising Dental Surgeon for 7 years and was also a member of the New Zealand Dental Association. He has over 13 years of experience in various aspects of food and nutrition business. He heads the branded nutrition products segment (domestic and international) and the finance department at the group level and plays a crucial role in product development.
Independent Director
Ms. Aparna Sakpal is the Independent Director on the Board of our company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the K.P.B. Hinduja College, Mumbai University, M. Com from Mumbai University and MBA from Institute for Technology & Management (ITM). She has over 22 years of rich experience as HR professional in Companies like IDBI Capital Markets Services Limited, IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited, SBI Mutual Fund and presently She is taking care of entire HR gamut of Feedback Infra Private Limited and it’s group companies.
Independent Director
Dr. Meena Mehta was an Associate Professor in the subject of Food Science and Nutrition at Dr. B.M. Nanavati College of Home Science, affiliated with S.N.D.T. Women’s University, Mumbai. She received her Master and Ph.D. degrees from the department of Postgraduate Studies and Research in Home Science from S.N.D.T. Women’s University, Mumbai. She was a member of the Managing Council and Senate of the University. Dr. Mehta served as course coordinator for a postgraduate diploma course in sports science, fitness, and nutrition. Her main area of research is the blending of vegetable oils to enhance the nutritional composition of edible oils. She was honored with numerous research projects funded by the University Grant Commission, a national funding agency. She has presented several papers at international conferences, availing of the U.G.C. Travel Grant. Bangkok, Malaysia; Durban, Belgium.She is a life member of various bodies. Dietetic Association of India (IDA), Nutrition Society of India (NSI), All India Advance Research in Obesity (AIARO), Passenger and Traffic Relief Association (PATRA), International Society of Biotechnology (ISBT), Swedish South Asia Network on Fermented Foods (SASNET).
Independent Director
Dr. Nimesh Pratap Shukla, a distinguished homeopathic Doctor and educator. Dr. Shukla holds a degree in Homeopathy, with an LCEH (Bombay) from CMP Homeopathy Medical College, and an M.D. (Homeo) from D.K.M.M. Homeopathic Medical College, affiliated with Marathavada University in the year 2006.With a wealth of experience in medical education, Dr. Shukla has been dedicated to teaching and advancing the field of Homeopathy at CMP Homeopathy Medical College. He continues to actively contribute to medical teaching and practice in this discipline for 42 years.
