Job Description:

• Review the accuracy of Monthly MIS Reporting for the Management.
• Review of complete end to end activities of accounts & finance (AR, AP, Weekly Cashflows and others) through all locations.
• Compliance & adherence to GST regulations, monthly GST data computation, and returns filling.
• Compliance & adherence to TDS & TCS regulations, TDS and TCS computation and filling.
• Monitor and control monthly expenses against budget and Variance analysis.
• Overseeing end to end process of ecommerce and other S&D channels.
• Ensuring all statutory payments should be done on time for the group through routine review of all locations.
• Responsible for Financial planning including developing budgets and business plans.
• Responsible for weekly sales reporting, providing commentary for expenses, and stock.
• Ageing report on stock, outstanding revenues, and credit sales.
• Maintaining banking relationship & effective control over working capital deployment.
• Responsible for all operational activities related to Finance & Account department.
• Channel wise Profitability for all platforms including Segment PL.
• SKU wise Cost Analysis and variance adjustments.
• Managing Internal and Statutory Audits and compliance.
• SOP and Process system development and monitoring and controlling.
• Cashflow Management and reporting.
• Receivable Management.
